Bonelli Park, San Dimas CA – Linda and Michael’s Engagement

We’ve worked with some pretty awesome props before, but the props that Linda and Mike brought along to their e-session blew us away! Mike hand-made the cute little house from Up in just 2 weeks, which is so amazing! It was the cutest prop ever, complete with every detail you can imagine. He also used it to propose to Linda – AWE! Aside from the house, they also made the soda pop cap pin, the mailbox and customized their soda pop bottles!

Linda and Mike are so adorable and loving it shows in every single one of their photos. We had an amazing time hanging out with them and were so impressed with how prepared they were for their shoot! Congratulations to you two and we can’t wait for the wedding!! =)

Paramount Ranch, Agoura Hills CA – Kim and Hong’s Engagement

We were so excited and honored when Kim and Hong decided to have us photograph their engagement and upcoming wedding! They are not only a beautiful couple, but one who share a special passion and dedication to something they love doing together – discovering good food, creating great recipes and cooking. We discovered their popular website/blog that focuses on Vietnamese Cuisine and Cooking known as “The Ravenous Couple” over a year ago and instantly became a fan . The recipes on their website are amazing and inspirational and their food photos never fail to make us drool. They are an incredibly sweet, fun and loving couple. We had such a blast trekking around Paramount Ranch and playing with their creative picnic theme! We can’t wait for the wedding! =)

Hollywood, CA – Carmen and Sam’s Engagement II

Our little trip to the infamous Walk of Fame in Hollywood for Carmen and Sam’s second e-session was interesting, to say the least. We had an amazing time exploring Hollywood and taking photos, but we had quite a few weird encounters. We definitely saw a bunch of interesting impersonators, but the one thing we won’t forget was Sam’s rental car. To make a long story short, that car had a mind of it’s own – in a crazy and creepy kind of way. The car radio kept playing after we turned off the ignition and took out the key AND the map light inside of the car just wouldn’t turn off – those two things remained on, even after we locked the car and walked away. Super creepy. We’ll save the scary stories for another time, but that made the engagement session even more memorable – so that’s all that matters, right?

Griffith Observatory, CA – Carmen and Sam’s Engagement

Carmen and Sam flew in from Hong Kong for an amazing destination wedding here in sunny Southern California. They had an epic three day engagement session in Hollywood, Pasadena and at the Griffith Observatory. We had a blast seeing them enjoy the beautiful sights of LA and at the same time having this special moment documented to last a lifetime. This set is the first of three engagement sessions followed by their private and intimate wedding in Pasadena. Below are our favorites from The Griffith Observatory:

Redondo Beach, CA – Nancy and Mike’s Engagement

What was supposed to be a cold and rainy Sunday turned into a bright and sunny day for our couple, Nancy & Mike. The day couldn’t have been better – we had steamed dungeness crabs, fresh oysters, churros, funnel cake, and ended up shooting one of the steamiest engagement sessions to date. Nancy and Mike are so cute together, funny and super easy to get along with which made the session so much fun. Thanks guys, for the coffee and a wonderful time at the beach! :)

Jen and Andy are so cute and so in love! They were so sweet to each other the entire time which made the session fun and easy to shoot. Bonelli Park – Wattey & Rothana’s Engagement

We are always so blessed with having the cutest, sweetest and most loving couples to photograph! We met Wattey and Rothana last year and couldn’t have been more excited to finally photograph their engagement session. They’re a fun, easy going couple who love the outdoors, so we headed out to Bonelli Park in San Dimas. We had so much fun! This park had everything we envisioned – a huge lake, a mini man-made beach, hiking trails, tall grasses, hills, wooded areas and even several fishing/boating docks alongside the lake.

Their wedding is coming up in October and we absolutely cannot wait for their 2 day celebration! Below are some of our favorites from the session. Enjoy!
